武夷山新丰小学迎来一位新老师，她是孩子们青春的守护者

从今年4月份开始，武夷山市新丰小学五年级2班的孩子迎来了一位新老师，她就是“我们的青春故事”生理健康教育志愿者刘艳。刘艳带着一系列生动有趣的生理教育课程，为孩子们的健康成长注入了新的活力。

Starting from April of this year, the fifth-grade class 2 at Xinfeng Primary School in Wuyishan City welcomed a new teacher, Liu Yan, who is a volunteer for the "Our Youth Story" physical health education program. Liu Yan brought a series of lively and interesting physical education courses, injecting new vitality into the healthy growth of the children.

“虽然目前课程还没结束，但看到孩子们的变化，真的让我感到无比欣慰。”刘艳分享了她的喜悦，她注意到“我们的青春故事”项目不仅提升了孩子们的生理健康知识，更激发了他们对自我认知的兴趣。

第一节课“我从哪里来”“认识我们的身体”开始，孩子们是羞涩、回避的，从不敢看、不敢听、不敢问。但是随着与老师熟悉和课程的推进，到后期孩子们变得积极接受，争先恐后地回答问题、参与游戏互动，有的孩子还会在课后与刘艳老师讨论想法并提出疑问，有的学生通过写小纸条的方式表达他们的困惑和想法……孩子们的变化显而易见。

The first lesson, titled "Where Do I Come From" and "Understanding Our Bodies," began with the children showing signs of shyness and avoidance, hesitant to look, listen, or ask questions. However, as they grew more familiar with Liu Yan and the course content deepened, the children gradually embraced the material, actively participating by answering questions eagerly and engaging in interactive games. Some would discuss their thoughts and pose questions to Liu Yan after class, while others shared their confusion and ideas through writing notes... The children's transformation was palpable.

刘艳老师的观察记录

杨侠（化名），因为顽皮被班主任安排坐在第一排的男孩，刚开始上课时他的“奇思妙想”特别多，而且“口无遮拦”的，现在小眼睛能跟着课堂走，还能遵守约定，思考后再说话，他提的问题都是逻辑性很强的，还可以做我的小助手。

这个男孩叫小泉（化名），之前爱讲话，还要和同学拌嘴的，到第6节课时，变得特别遵守约定，回答问题先举手，虽然想回答问题，嘴一直在不停的张，但是只有口型没有出声，只用举手的方式要求回答，哪怕没请他回答，也是不停的举，到最后是跳着举的，特别可爱有趣，他的自律真的特别感动我。正常是回答一个问题，送一个小礼物，因为他的进步，我特地拿小礼物任他选择一份，孩子也特别开心。

每次解答完孩子们提出的问题，看到他们脸上的笑容，刘艳也感到特别满足。她表示：“我希望自己能更专业、更全面，将全面生理健康教育融入孩子们的生活中，帮助他们提升幸福指数，实现全员幸福。”

Each time she answered the children's questions and witnessed their smiles, Liu Yan felt a deep sense of fulfillment. She expressed, "I aspire to be more professional and comprehensive, integrating a holistic approach to physical health education into the children's lives, helping them to enhance their sense of happiness and achieve well-being for all."

刘艳的家里有一位青春期男孩，因此，她很关注孩子的生理健康教育问题，她意识到生理健康教育是每个孩子成长过程中的必修课之一，科学的教育能够帮助孩子坦然面对自己的身体，理解成长中的秘密。而父母、老师对于生理健康教育的态度很大程度上影响着孩子的认知，引导孩子树立正确的观念和认识，是父母、老师的必修课。

此前，刘艳多次参加“儿童友好厕所计划”《我们的青春故事》生理健康教育的讲师培训，树立了科学的生理健康教育与性别教育价值观，系统、科学地学习了儿童预防性侵知识，掌握面向儿童、家长开展生理健康教育的授课技巧和方法。目前，在武夷山市志愿者协会巾帼志愿者分会和大爱武夷的组织下，武夷山市有十余名像刘艳这样的志愿者参加过培训，将来，他们将会走入更多学校、班级，为孩子们带去更多科学的生理健康课，去启蒙更多孩子的生命意识。

Liu Yan has previously attended multiple training sessions for the "Child-Friendly Toilet Project" and the "Our Youth Story" physical health education program, establishing a scientific perspective on physical and gender education. She has systematically learned about preventing child sexual abuse and acquired teaching skills for conducting physical health education for both children and parents. Currently, under the auspices of the Women Volunteers Branch of the Wuyishan City Volunteer Association and the "Great Love Wuyi" public welfare project, more than ten volunteers like Liu Yan in Wuyishan City have been trained. In the future, they plan to enter more schools and classrooms to deliver more scientifically sound physical health lessons, enlightening more  more children's awareness of life.

刘艳老师们的努力和”儿童友好厕所计划”项目的影响，正逐步在孩子们心中播下健康、自信和自律的种子。随着时间的推移，这些种子必将生根发芽，开出美丽的花朵。

“大爱武夷”由在武夷山长大后去上海工作二十多年，又回到故乡生活的爱心人士陈瑶老师倡导发起，是联合武夷山当地的公益组织一起行动的公益活动品牌。弘扬中华优秀传统文化，倡导公益是一种生活方式，赋能青少年健康成长。该公益项目得到武夷山市文明办，武夷山市妇联，民政局，当地社工组织大力支持，日常运营策划工作由武夷山市志愿者协会巾帼志愿者分会具体承担。

荣光计划是一个聚焦乡村教育发展的公益项目，由明日中华教育基金会等多方力量支持开展，通过发放奖学金、开展乡村学校微改造等，并提供配套软性服务和课程支持，改善乡村教育质量。
