云南山区幼儿园多了个小木屋，为孩子们打开全新的彩色世界
儿童节刚过，荣光计划“乡村学校微改造”项目给云南元江县东峨幼儿园的孩子们带来了特别的礼物——一座阳光童趣园小木屋，为乡村学龄前儿童提供更优质的教育环境和资源。
As Children's Day has just passed, the "Glory Plan" for "Rural School Micro-Renovation" project has gifted the children of Dong'e Kindergarten in Yuanjiang County, Yunnan, with a unique present—the Sunshine Kindergarten. This generous donation aims to enrich the educational environment and resources for preschoolers in rural communities, providing them with a more enriching learning experience.
近年来，元江县一些常住人口锐减的乡镇，一个镇上只有一所中心幼儿园；而人口基数相对较大的乡镇，譬如因远镇，下设7个村小并附村级幼儿园，幼儿园大都为只有一个教学班，由一名老师带领，混龄教学的班内大部分为临近升入一年级的较大龄幼儿。乡村地区依然存在解决学前教育缺失问题的迫切需求。
项目人员通过走访调研，综合场地条件、学龄前儿童数量、师资配合度等多维度考量，最终确定将阳光童趣园落地在曼来镇的东峨幼儿园。东峨幼儿园现有5个教学班，共有学生173名，这些孩子主要来自附近的自然村，多为流动儿童和留守儿童。
在弥漫着浓郁的芒果、荔枝果香的空气中，工人和志愿者齐心协力，顶着元江干热河谷30多度的高温，经过三天的辛勤劳动，小木屋拔地而起。
40平方米左右的小木屋，使用新型环保材料建造，不仅安全、舒适，还具备防火、防洪、易搬迁重建等优点。小木屋内配备了丰富的绘本、玩具和教学所需的设备，为孩子们提供了一个充满乐趣和创造力的学习空间，适合3-6岁的孩子们自由玩耍和学习。
小木屋外墙设置了攀岩装置，孩子们可以在游戏中提升身体素质
除了提供硬件配套，项目倡导“以儿童为中心”的教育理念和方法，后续将支持东峨幼儿园2名教师的自我成长和专业发展，使他们能够更好地满足乡村学龄前儿童的教育需求；东峨幼儿园还将作为教研中心，辐射周边的小微型幼儿园，构建当地的学龄前教育研究者与实践者网络，为孩子们提供更加适宜的本土化教育；协助管理教师开展家园共育活动，引导社区、家、园共同关注留守儿童教育。

儿童对于爱与陪伴、成长与发展，有着天然的旺盛需求。阳光童趣园承载了乡村儿童游戏学习与陪伴的功能。同时，阳光童趣园将通过教育改变村民的观念，推进家园共育理念，连接起学校和社区，发挥社区联系及文化中心的作用，从而让乡村留守儿童等大群体接受更多的社会新知，享受公平的教育资源、获得更多的陪伴，树立正确的认知观，让每一个孩子们拥有一个快乐完整的童年，让孩子们学会爱与被爱，将来从容面对生活。
Children possess an inherent and robust need for love, companionship, growth, and development. The Sunshine Kindergarten fulfills the role of a sanctuary for rural children's play, learning, and companionship. Additionally, the Sunshine Kindergarten aims to transform the villagers' perspectives through educational initiatives, fostering the concept of home-school cooperation. It serves as a bridge between the school and the community, acting as a community and cultural nexus. This initiative will allow rural left-behind children to access a broader spectrum of societal knowledge, benefit from fair educational opportunities, receive increased companionship, develop a sound cognitive framework, and ensure that every child experiences a joyful and wholesome childhood. It instills in children the ability to love and be loved, equipping them to face life with grace and confidence in the future.
随着阳光童趣园小木屋的建成，东峨幼儿园的孩子们将开启全新的学前教育生活，他们将在小木屋中尽情玩耍、学习和探索。当他们第一次踏入小木屋时，他们的眼睛闪烁着好奇和兴奋的光芒，他们的脸上洋溢着幸福的笑容。在小木屋里尽情的蹦跳、满地打滚，欢呼雀跃的样子令人动容，这个美丽的小木屋将成为他们的乐园，陪伴他们度过美好的童年时光。
荣光计划是一个聚焦乡村教育发展的公益项目，由明日中华教育基金会资助开展，通过发放奖学金、开展乡村学校微改造等，并提供配套软性服务和课程支持，改善乡村教育质量。
