“骄傲的厕所”——儿童友好空间的革新之旅

中国青少年研究中心“青少年法治教育研究”课题组在2020年至2022年针对3108名未成年学生的调研显示，53.5%的学生遭受过校园欺凌。值得关注的是，厕所这一日常必需且频繁使用的场所，往往是校园霸凌事件频发的“隐秘角落”，不仅深刻影响着孩子们的校园生活体验，更直接关系到他们的身心健康与卫生安全。

2022年，在明日中华教育基金会的支持下，正荣公益基金会联合月事骄傲发起“儿童友好厕所计划”，希望通过“厕所微改造+生理健康教育课程+儿童参与”的形式，服务赋能乡村孩子，将学校厕所打造成为生理健康教育的触达场域，更以此为契机开启生理健康教育的讨论和对话。

In 2022, with the support of the China Tomorrow Education Foundation, the Zhenro Foundation and PeriodPride jointly launched the “Child-Friendly Toilet Project”, hoping to empower rural children through the form of “toilet micro-renovation+physiological health education courses+child participation”, and turn school toilets into a touchpoint for physiological health education, which will also serve as an opportunity to initiate discussions and dialogues on the topic.

厕所硬件微改造

经过前期的试点落地，这一次，正荣公益基金会携手月事骄傲再度起航，来到了福建省武夷山市的朱子学校和新丰小学。

After the launch of the pilot project in the early stage, this time, the Zhenro Foundation, together with PeriodPride, set sail again and arrived at the Zhuzi School and Xinfeng Primary School in Mount Wuyi City, Fujian Province.

经过对学校的实地走访考察，我们发现，两校的厕所整体干净整洁，但也有些待改善的设施细节。一是坑位未配备门板，孩子们在如厕时缺乏隐私保护；二是洗手台区域未安装镜子，缺乏使用的舒适性与便捷性。

在与校方沟通后，基于孩子们最真实的需求，我们针对两校的实际情况确定了厕所改造方案，为每一个蹲位安装门板，筑起一道守护隐私的屏障；在洗手台区域增设镜子，让学生在清洁双手的同时，也能照见自信与尊严的光芒。针对新丰小学厕所特有的环境挑战，我们实施了更为精细化的改造，为厕所接通了电源，并加装了除臭仪，让清新与舒适成为这里的新常态。

After communicating with the schools, based on their respective situations and the most genuine needs of the children, we have determined a toilet renovation plan for both establishments, installing door panels for each squatting position so as to build barriers to protect privacy; installing mirrors in the sink areas to allow students to see their radiance of confidence and dignity while cleaning their hands. In response to the unique environmental challenges of the toilets in Xinfeng Primary School, we have implemented a more refined renovation, powering the toilets with electricity and installing deodorizers, making freshness and comfort the new norm there.

我们希望，通过物理空间的细微改造消除孩子们的尴尬与不便，更以此为契机，推动乡村校园消除月经羞耻，倡导互相尊重的价值，培养学生们的自我保护意识。

We hope to eliminate children's embarrassment and inconvenience through subtle modifications of the physical space, and use this as an opportunity to promote the elimination of menstrual shame in rural schools, advocate the value of mutual respect, and cultivate students' awareness on self-protection.

为了尽快实现这一愿景，项目的志愿者、合作伙伴和施工方加班加点，在端午节期间完成了对厕所硬件设施的全面升级，为孩子们创造了一个更加舒适、安全、充满尊重的如厕环境。

原创生理健康教育课程

“虽然目前课程还没结束，但看到孩子们的变化，真的让我感到无比欣慰。”项目授课志愿者刘艳老师分享道。

随着“儿童友好厕所计划”精心打造的原创生理健康课程——“我们的青春故事”在新丰小学与朱子学校的顺利启航，一场关于成长、探索与理解的旅程悄然展开。课程以互动参与的方式，在生理健康教育知识科普的同时，进行性别友好意识的价值倡导，引导同学们自主讨论与青春期有关的话题，为学生成长赋能。在刘艳老师的带领下，孩子们从不敢看、不敢听、羞涩回避，到如今的积极参与、主动质疑，让我们感到无比的欣慰与喜悦。

With the successful launch of the original physiological and health course “Our Youth Story” carefully designed by the “Child-Friendly Toilet Plan” at Xinfeng Primary School and Zhuzi School, a journey of growth, exploration, and understanding has quietly started. The course adopts an interactive and participatory approach, promoting the value of gender friendly awareness while popularizing knowledge of physical health education. It guides students to independently discuss topics related to adolescence and empowers their growth. Under the leadership of Teacher Liu Yan, the children have gone from being afraid to look, afraid to listen, and shy, to being now actively participating and questioning, which makes us feel immensely gratified and joyful.

国家性教育高级讲师、中国性学会家庭性教育分会委员、“保护豆豆”认证性教育讲师、“我们的青春故事”课程讲师张晓凯老师为十多名志愿者培训并进行示范课授课。孩子们喜欢亲切地称她豆子老师。豆子老师从“什么是生理健康教育、生理健康教育应该教什么、如何借助‘工具’教授生理健康知识”三个方面着手，帮助讲师树立科学的生理健康教育与性别教育价值观，掌握面向儿童、家长开展生理健康教育的授课技巧和方法。

截止目前，豆子老师已累计为超过万名儿童提供了高质量的性教育服务，其足迹遍布全国各地。特别是在2023年，豆子老师完成了超46节的精彩授课。平均下来，她过去一年只有6周没有在上性教育课，成为了孩子们心中不可或缺的“守护者”。

儿童自主参与

在保证舒适性、安全性和隐私性之后，我们在厕所张贴生理健康教育海报，以生动有趣的方式，为孩子们揭开青春期生理与心理的神秘面纱，引导他们以科学、开放的态度认识自我，探索成长。同时在女厕设立卫生巾互助盒，为生理期女孩提供便利，让月经不再成为校园的悄悄话，而是所有孩子共同的成长话题。

After ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy, we have posted physical health education posters in the toilets, using vivid and interesting methods to unveil the mystery of adolescent physiology and psychology for the children, guiding them to understand themselves with a scientific and open attitude, and to explore their growth. At the same time, a mutual sanitary napkin aid box has been set up in the girls’ bathroom to provide convenience for girls during their menstrual cycle, making menstruation no longer a secret talk on campus, but a common topic of growth for all children.

我们希望能够通过儿童自主参与的方式，激发孩子们内心的力量与潜能，为乡村孩子搭建一个学习和实践性别平等、社会责任与互助精神的平台。

We hope to inspire children's inner strength and potential through their independent participation, and build a platform for rural children to learn and practice gender equality, social responsibility, and mutual help spirit.

在多方的共同努力下，“儿童友好厕所计划”已在新丰小学和朱子学校成功落地，为孩子们提供了卫生健康的硬件设施和丰富的生理健康教育资源。

截至目前，正荣公益基金会与月事骄傲合作开展的“儿童友好厕所计划”已在福建省的4所乡村小学落地——分别是莆田汀塘小学、武夷山市洋庄老区学校、武夷山市朱子学校和新丰小学，共改造4个儿童友好厕所，捐赠了5000片卫生巾，累计服务学生5000人次；“我们的青春故事”累计开展14节系统课程，服务学生600人次；联合武夷山市妇联、在地学校和社会组织，开展生理健康教育的讲师培训，为在校老师和社会志愿者提供3次线下培训，服务100人次，将来他们将会走入更多学校、班级，去启蒙更多孩子的生命意识。温暖的力量，如同涓涓细流汇聚成海，正悄然改变着孩子们的日常生活与未来图景。

Up to now, the “Child-Friendly Toilet Program” jointly carried out by the Zhenro Foundation and PeriodPride has been implemented in four rural schools in Fujian Province – the Putian Tingtang Primary School, the Mount Wuyi Yangzhuang Old Area School, the Mount Wuyi Zhuzi School and the Xinfeng Primary School. A total of four children-friendly toilets have been rebuilt, 5000 sanitary napkins have been donated, and 5000 students have been served accumulatively; “Our Youth Stories” has conducted a total of 14 systematic courses, serving 600 students; cooperating with Mount Wuyi Women's Federation, local schools and social organizations, lecturer trainings of physical health education have been carried out, providing three offline trainings for in school teachers and social volunteers, serving 100 people. In the future, they will go into more schools and classes to enlighten the life consciousness of even more children. The power of warmth, like a gentle stream converging into a sea, is quietly transforming the daily lives and future prospects of the children.
