荣光计划 | 生理健康教育培训与实践的温暖接力
10月27日至28日“儿童友好厕所”项目在武夷山市开展生理健康教育课程讲师培训，包含理论学习和课堂观摩，共有十余名志愿者参与了本次培训。
From October 27th to 28th, the Child-Friendly Toilet Project conducted a trainer workshop on physiological health education courses in Wuyishan City, which included theoretical learning and classroom observations. A total of more than ten volunteers participated in this training.

生理健康教育理论培训
10月27日，理论培训在市民广场妇儿中心一楼开展，旨在通过专业系统的学习，提升社工及志愿者们对儿童性教育的认知水平和授课能力，为推动生理健康教育事业的深入发展打下良好基础。
专业讲师张晓凯、明月老师采取参与式的教学模式，引导全体学员积极参与到有趣的互动环节中来。志愿者们学习到生理健康教育不仅仅是讲解生理知识和生理变化，它还包括情感教育、性别平等和身体自主权，学会尊重自己和尊重他人等全方位的内容，在这种“体验、交互、开放”的课程氛围中，大家积极讨论、互促共进，对如何向儿童开展生理健康教育有了更深刻的认识。

生理健康教育的课堂实践
带着前一天学习所获得的知识与热情，10月28日，生理健康课堂走进了新丰小学和武夷学院附属小学，志愿者们进行了讲课实践，专业讲师全程旁听，课后帮助志愿者复盘。
在两所小学的课堂上，讲师运用生动有趣的教学方法，迅速拉近了与孩子们的距离。课堂氛围轻松活跃，孩子们不再对生理健康话题感到羞涩或难以启齿，而是在讲师的引导下，积极参与讨论，勇敢地提出自己的疑问。讲师们用通俗易懂的语言讲解着生理结构，在孩子们生动的场景演绎下，讲述着如何尊重、帮助他人，用严肃的态度强调着自我保护的重要性。
11月4日，公益讲师刘艳再次来到新丰小学，这次她带来的课程是“青春期的月经和遗精”。一开始有同学说“真恶心”，“很变态”……但随着主题的切入，展开讨论和分享：如果有女生裤子被经血弄脏了，大家会怎么做？刘艳老师特地请了男生回答，有的男生说会用外套帮她挡住，再去帮她拿一块卫生巾；也有的男生说会帮她找女老师；还有的男生说帮她找其他女生来帮忙；还有的说会去办公室的柜子上拿卫生巾给其他女生送去厕所帮助她……
On November 4th, volunteer teacher Liu Yan once again visited Xinfeng Primary School, this time to deliver a lesson on "Menstruation and Nocturnal Emissions During Adolescence." Initially, some students expressed discomfort, saying things like "It's gross" and "This is weird"... But as the topic unfolded, discussions and sharing began: What would everyone do if a girl's pants were stained with menstrual blood? Ms. Liu specifically invited boys to answer. Some boys said they would use their jackets to cover for her and go fetch a sanitary pad for her; others said they would find a female teacher to help; some suggested finding other girls to assist; and still others offered to go to the office cabinet to get a sanitary pad and take it to the toilet for the girl in need...
刘艳老师对孩子们的转变感到惊喜，她说：“咱们做的这些事，不就是让爱与善的种子在孩子们的心里生根发芽吗？今天真的很开心。”
Teacher Liu Yan was surprised and delighted by the children's transformation. She said, "Isn't what we've been doing just to let the seeds of love and kindness take root and grow in the hearts of the children? I'm really happy today."
2022年，在明日中华教育基金会的支持下，正荣公益基金会联合月事骄傲发起“儿童友好厕所计划”，希望通过“厕所微改造+生理健康教育课程+儿童参与”的形式，服务赋能乡村孩子，将学校厕所打造成为生理健康教育的触达场域，更以此为契机开启生理健康教育的讨论和对话。
In 2022, with the support of the China Tomorrow Education Foundation, the Zhenro Foundation and PeriodPride jointly launched the “Child-Friendly Toilet Project”, hoping to empower rural children through the form of “toilet micro-renovation+physiological health education courses+child participation”, and turn school toilets into a touchpoint for physiological health education, which will also serve as an opportunity to initiate discussions and dialogues on the topic.

“大爱武夷”由在武夷山长大后去上海工作二十多年，又回到故乡生活的爱心人士陈瑶老师倡导发起，是联合武夷山当地的公益组织一起行动的公益活动品牌。弘扬中华优秀传统文化，倡导公益是一种生活方式，赋能青少年健康成长。该公益项目得到武夷山市文明办，武夷山市妇联，民政局，当地社工组织大力支持，日常运营策划工作由武夷山市志愿者协会巾帼志愿者分会具体承担。
荣光计划是一个聚焦乡村教育发展的公益项目，由明日中华教育基金会等多方力量支持开展，通过发放奖学金、开展乡村学校微改造等，并提供配套软性服务和课程支持，改善乡村教育质量。
