荣光计划 | 2024年宣成中心小学走访报告

2024年11月26日志愿者驱车5个多小时，从福州前往长汀县宣成乡的宣成中心小学开展项目回访。

宣成中心小学地处偏远，距离长汀县城仍有一个小时的车程，由于撤点并校政策的影响，很多村小被撤并，宣成中心小学作为中心校，需接收周围远近多个村子的孩子，有的孩子家远在二十公里之外，只能在校外租房读书。学校很多老师住校，老师称陪同事的时间比陪家人的时间多，因此相处和谐而又团结。校长、副校长对项目非常重视，线下的老师也都积极参与，认真负责。

合作伙伴贝知语的三位在阅读和写作指导方面有着丰富经验的老师和我们一起来到宣成中心小学，为二年级和四年级的孩子各上了一节阅读与写作的课程，孩子们特别喜欢，尤其是二年级的小朋友纷纷跳起来抓泡泡，在老师的示范和启发之下他们开动脑筋，把泡泡比作飞行器，比作五彩的云朵……

送教下乡示范课

小雨老师给四年级的孩子带来了一节生动的阅读与写作课程，通过“5+1”基础阅读法帮助孩子们养成良好的阅读习惯，提升孩子们解读文字的能力。

数字智慧教室上课情况

宣成小学数字智慧教室于2024年8月建成，9月份以来共上了两门课，分别是快乐英语和规范字。钟副校长反馈说，宣成中心小学没有专门的英语老师，学校所有的英语老师都是语文或者其他学科的老师兼任的，所以双师课堂的补充对于宣成中心小学而言就非常重要，也非常有帮助。

The Digital Smart Classroom of Xuancheng Primary School was completed in August 2024. Since September, two courses have been offered, namely Happy English and Standard Chinese Characters. Vice Principal Zhong reported that Xuancheng Central Primary School doesn't have specialized English teachers. All the English teachers in the school are also teaching Chinese or other subjects concurrently. Therefore, the supplementary dual-teacher classes are of great importance and very helpful for Xuancheng Central Primary School.

小学的英语老师反馈说，线上崔老师在澳大利亚生活，她的口语非常纯正，对于刚开始学习英语的孩子们而言，能够帮助他们建立更纯正基于生活真实场景的语感。孩子们也非常喜欢崔老师，喜欢上线上英语课。

Vice Principal Zhong reported that Xuancheng Central Primary School doesn't have specialized English teachers. All the English teachers in the school are also teaching Chinese or other subjects concurrently. Therefore, the supplementary dual-teacher classes are of great importance and very helpful for Xuancheng Central Primary School.The English teachers at Xuancheng Primary School gave feedback that Volunteer Teacher Cui, who lives in Australia, has a very pure spoken English. For children who are just starting to learn English, it can help them develop a sense of language based on real-life scenarios more authentically. The children also like Teacher Cui very much and enjoy the online English classes.

她同时也表达出闽教版的英语今年是新改版的，全书没有一个汉语单词，全部是英文，教和学的难度都高了很多，目前线上的英语课和她所教授的线下英语课有一部分的单词和生活场景是重合的，如果线上的老师可以更多的支持到闽教版的课程内容对她而言将是莫大的帮助。

She also pointed out that the English textbooks of the Fujian Edition have been newly revised this year. There isn't a single Chinese word in the whole book, and it's all in English, which has made teaching and learning much more difficult. Currently, part of the online English courses overlap with the offline textbooks. It would be a great help to her if the volunteer teachers could offer more support for the content of the Fujian Edition courses.

负责教学的林主任也向我们反馈，乡村学校的数学也非常弱，很需要提升，希望能够引入帮助学生提升数学思维的双师课程。

Director Lin, who is in charge of teaching, also informed us that mathematics in rural schools is also very weak and in urgent need of improvement. He hopes that dual-teacher courses that can help students enhance their mathematical thinking can be introduced.

明日奖学金贫困学子走访

学校根据项目的要求推荐了三名既品学兼优，家里又有着各种复杂情况的小朋友，他们分别是四年级、五年级和六年级的学生。志愿者在校园里见到了这三位小朋友，他们都笑容明媚，但是只要发现被关注到，他们又开始害羞。随后，项目先后走访了这三个学生的家庭。
